What brands ask us most often
Answers to the questions you would otherwise have to wait for a meeting to get.
How much does a campaign cost?
There is no price list — campaigns are tailored to the number of products, markets and the amount of content. In the first consultation you get an indicative range and a recommended scope for a first campaign.
How long does a campaign take?
From brief sign-off to the first published reviews it usually takes weeks. Long-use products (skincare, appliances) get more testing time so the review is genuinely relevant.
What if the reviews are critical?
We never edit reviews or dictate content. Critical feedback is part of the process and appears in your report with context — it is often the most valuable product input. Mixed ratings also read as more credible than only five stars.
Who selects the testers?
We select them from our own community against criteria we agree with you (age, region, household, category experience). They are ordinary customers from your target group, not influencers.
How many reviews will the campaign produce?
It depends on campaign scope — how many products go out and how many platforms we distribute to. You get the expected output in the proposal before the start.
Is the testing compliant with EU consumer law?
Yes. Reviews are transparently marked as coming from a tester who received the product for testing, testers are never paid for positive ratings and we do not censor content. The process follows EU rules for consumer reviews (the Omnibus Directive) and each platform's own rules.
Can you deliver reviews in other languages?
Yes. Through partners and testers in other countries we collect reviews in the market language and distribute them to local platforms — key when entering a new market.
Can we reuse the content in marketing?
Yes. Photos, videos and texts from the campaign are yours to use on product pages, in ads and on social media.
