Brit from VAFO: 21 products, hundreds of testers, and logistics that were timed to the day

In the fourth quarter of 2025, we launched one of our most logistically demanding campaigns for the Brit brand from manufacturer VAFO. We tested 21 products from the Brit Care and Brit Premium by Nature lines at once – from puppy and junior kibble to hypoallergenic and grain-free options, all the way to food for seniors. In total, we involved hundreds of carefully selected testers and had to precisely combine products into packages and send them out the exact moment the goods arrived at the warehouse.

21 products at once: a campaign that tested our logistics

VAFO didn't want to test one or two products, but the entire Brit brand portfolio at once. We included 21 different kibbles from the Brit Care and Brit Premium by Nature lines in the campaign – from Brit Care Grain-Free Puppy and hypoallergenic options for various breeds to Brit Premium by Nature Senior. For each product, we targeted a specific group of dog owners corresponding to the recipe, breed size, and age.

The number of testers per product varied depending on the series size – from 15 testers for specialized variants to 40 for the most in-demand grain-free puppy food. In total, we involved hundreds of testers in the campaign, who needed to be selected, paired with the correct product, and served in one synchronized wave.

Combining products into packages

The key challenge wasn't just the large number of testers, but also that some of them received a combination of products. The kibble needed to be correctly assembled into packages so that each tester received exactly what they were supposed to test – in the right weight, recipe, and variant for their specific breed.

Thanks to our campaign administration system, we had every product, its EAN, and assigned testers under control in one platform. This allowed us to flawlessly assemble shipments even for a campaign of this scale, where a mistake like mixing up weights or recipes could easily happen.

Shipping the moment goods arrived at the warehouse

The large batches of kibble were not stocked in advance – a portion of the goods was produced and stocked progressively. We therefore linked our shipping directly to the goods' arrival at the warehouse: as soon as the products arrived, we initiated mass packing and dispatch so that testers would receive the food as soon as possible and the campaign wouldn't be delayed.

This synchronization of warehouse and shipping is exactly what distinguishes a simple test from a large-scale campaign. For VAFO, it meant that despite 21 concurrent tests and hundreds of shipments, the dispatch process ran smoothly, and testers could start their reviews without unnecessary waiting.

The packaging is practical, thanks to the zip closure it seals well and the kibble stays fresh. We are very satisfied – an ideal choice for indoor cats.

I have a very picky cat who doesn't like just anything. However, he eats this kibble with gusto and always looks forward to his meal. I didn't believe the motherwort in it would help calm him down, but it's true. He is calmer, no longer so stressed by the sound of lawnmowers outside. His coat is beautifully shiny, and his stools are perfect. The kibble size is just right. We recommend it – quality!

The campaign for Brit was a great example of our ability to handle even very large projects with complex logistics. Twenty-one products, hundreds of testers, combining kibble into packages, and on top of that, shipping linked directly to goods arriving at the warehouse – all of it ran at once and without a hitch. It's in campaigns like these that the strength of our administration system and experienced team truly shows.
